Wildzyme was started in 2013 by Scott Brix, a veteran of the industrial enzyme industry. The name Wildzyme was chosen as reminder of our connection to the natural environment. We are in business thanks to the vast biodiversity of our planet and the wildness of nature. We supply bulk industrial enzymes that are safe for food processing and the environment. Our enzyme products, including formulation ingredients, are derived from non-GMO sources. Wildzyme works cooperatively with several partners around the world to deliver valuable bioproducts to our North American customers. These include Takabio of France where together we represent the products of Shin Nihon Chemical Co. Ltd. of Japan. In addition to Shin Nihon fungal enzymes, Wildzyme also represents the bacterial enzymes of Enmex of Mexico and the plant enzymes of Enzybel of Belgium.
